Client: LRNG
About the Project: In 2018, LRNG merged with a University to build one of the largest and most innovative learning and workforce solutions for cities and employers across the U.S. During this merger, I was tasked with the design and production of their strategic plan, graphics, and accompanying PowerPoint presentation.
Solution & Design Process: Drawing inspiration from the available resources, I embarked on the task of crafting an appropriate look and feel that would resonate with the essence of the organization. Furthermore, I engaged in collaborative sessions with various stakeholders to gain profound insights into the customer and learner journey, a pivotal step in visualizing our deliverables. This process involved the creation of diverse assets, including infographics, customer journey visualizations, and layouts. To meet the project's multifaceted requirements, I then translated these visuals into both print and digital formats, while also condensing them into a concise presentation.
Fun Fact: LRNG didn’t have a formal style guide at the time, so in the absence I drew inspiration from their organizations social media look and a postcard previously designed by an external agency, aligning my design choices with these references.
My Role: Creative Direction / Lead Designer – conceptualization, design & layout, data visualization, style guide maintenance, copy editing
Attributions: Worked closely with strategist/copywriter, project manager, and senior leaders on content and approvals for the project.
